The Easiest and most convenient method is to use our on-line secure shopping cart. Alternatively, complete an order form and send it with payment (including the P&P charge), a delivery address, full payment details & a contact telephone number for any queries to:

Fax facilities are available 24 hrs a day, with voice mail able to take messages during busy times and after hours. If you reach the voice mail, please leave a message & we'll return your call to take your order personally.
We accept Visa, MC, Switch & Solo cards. (For Switch payments, please be sure to include your card number, expiry date, valid from date and issue number. There will be a text block on the Shopping Cart's Order form where you can list this information.) We also accept personal cheques made payable to: "Homespun Americana Ltd."
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days - usually, it is much quicker.
CUSTOMER SERVICES:
We pride ourselves on having high quality handmade goods & prompt, friendly, good ol’ American style customer service (despite being in the UK!)
All items are handcrafted & handmade to order to prevent waste.
For hygiene reasons, no bath or body item can be returned for re-sale.
If you have a problem with a product that we sell, please contact us so we can survey the situation and offer either a refund or exchange.
Should you have any item delivered to you that was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging so we can contact Royal Mail or the courier company used to file a claim & get a replacement out to you.
Original P&P charges cannot be refunded.

UK P&P charge is £4.95 per order.
Orders outside the UK will be actual shipping costs. Any importation/custom fees for orders going overseas are the responsibility of the buyer.
